Private Network: Support and Maintenance Contracts

When you purchase EtherPad: Private Network Edition, you have the option to purchase an additional support and maintenance contract.

EtherPad support and maintenance contracts are purchased in one year increments at about $0.03 per user per day. For example, if you have 100 users, a one year contract is $980. There is a $500 per-year minimum on support contracts.

Support and maintenance contracts include:

  • All EtherPad upgrades free, including major releases and patches.
  • Email questions answered within one business day.

Without a support and maintenance contract, you are still entitled to free minor releases and patches.
